Law I
Live by the Seven Virtues and The laws of the Kindom of Buya
Law II
Law violation reporting.
1) If it is something that can be corrected easily without causing an argument or disturbance, then approach the person with courtesy and ask them to correct it.
2) You may use the Justice form on the council board to report violations to the Arbitor.
3) You may report any violation of the laws of Buya and the nexus by using the Justice board by the west gate
Law III
.:Chain Of Commander:. If you have a fight, dispute, or other problem with another Phoenix Member you should go to the following people in the following order. While you are encouraged to handle disputes in the clan, you may post on the justice board if you feel it is warranted. If you report a problem to a Primarch or Primogen(ess), the first question they ask you may be 'have you contacted the arbitor'.

Law IV
.:General Hall Rules:. - Group is to remain OFF while in areas where approach works
- Keep floor decorating to a minimum
- Do not pick items up that are not yours
- Do not leave items on the floor for a long time - Get someone to Guard to transfer items
- No gambling within the Phoenix Hall [Take it outside] - Follow the chain of command (see law III) .
:Fines for Leaving Group On In Summon Areas:.
- 1st Offense: 1,000 coin fine
- 2nd Offense: 5,000 coin fine
- 3rd Offense: 10,000 coin fine
- 4th Offense: 20,000 coin fine
- 5th Offense: Phoenix Status Trial w/ Arbitor
(fines will not be assessed for people who are grouped with another clan member for summoning or meeting purposes. Fines and punishments can be greater for extreme cases such as being afk with group on leading to a person entering the hall without permission). .
:Guest Rules:.
- Guests MUST adhere to all Phoenix Rules - You are Responsible for your Guest
- If your Guest misbehaves You can be punished - Maximum of TWO Guests at a time
- Remain w/ Guests using Crafting Rooms at ALL Times - If you leave they leave .:
Punishments for Breaking ANY Above Rules:.
- 1st Offense: Written or Verbal warning
- 2nd Offense: Removal of Personal title + 50k
Fine - 3rd Offense: Trial to Review your Phoenix
Law V
.:Crafting Room Rules:.
- Do NOT leave items on the floor [Causes crashes]
- If you drop items please clean them up when finished
- Do NOT leave the items outside the Crafting rooms
:Punishments for Breaking Crafting Rules:.
- 1st offence: Written or verbal warning
- 2nd offence: Removal of Personal title + 50k fine
- 3rd Offence: Trial to Review your Phoenix Status
Law VI
.:Phoenix Sire Pit/Vale Pk Laws:. Killing of Kin will be punished with: -First offense: 50k fine
-Second offense: 75k fine and point deduction
-Third offense: Exile The only way anyone is exempt from fine is following reasons:
-Carnages and bloodlusts you may kill anyone on the other team
-Duel or combat is agreed upon (verbally or otherwise) (retaliating is considered dueling so If you get mad I suggest you contact me and not retaliate.
If you go to a location with prior knowledge that there is combat in progress or expected between two groups, such as subpaths, then you have, by your presence in that area, given indication of your intent to fight). "Each arena justice matter will be handled on a case to case basis."
Law VII
Kin Murder is defined as: Intentionally or recklessly causing the death of a kin in a non-PK area. In most cases, Kin murder will lead to exile and restriction from entering the hall in the future
Law VIII
.:General Offenses:.
- Profanity as applies to Nexus law
- Abuse of clan board - Abuse on clan chat
- Summoning an exiled clan member into our hall .
:Punishments:. - 1st Offense: Written or Verbal warning + 50k fine
- 2nd Offense: Removal of personal titles + 100k fine
- 3rd Offense: Trial to discuss your Phoenix status
.:Disrespect & Harassment:.
- Harassment of Council or Kin
- Harassment of citizens within ANY kingdom of Nexus
- Disrespect of Council Members
- Disrespect of kin - Arguing with a Council member of kin .
:Punishments:. :1st offense: - Written or verbal warning
- A formal apology to the victim
:2nd offense: - Removal of personal titles + 50k Fine
:3rd offense: - Trial to discuss your Phoenix status .
.:Offenses Punishable by Immediate Exile:.
- Treason -
-Theft of ANY kind
- Kin Murder
- Selling Non-bonded Clan helm
- Refusing to cooperate with Arbitor, Primarch or Primogen while they conduct a reasonable investigation of a complaint
Primarch Rules
General Rules:
1. Every Primarch must follow all clan rules, and are not exempt from any punishments.
2. Primarch's are allowed to assign assistants if they are having trouble or would like a replacement if anything should happen.
3. Every Primarch should check the board every time it is possible and be on at least four times a week.
4. It is the Primach's responsibility to know and stand by all rules and virtues.
Inactiveness and leaving
1. In the act that a Primarch is inactive or is going on any vacation they must assign an assistant to take over during there leave.
2. If the Primogen feels the Primarch is not active enough they will first be warned, then if they are still continuing to be inactive a re-assignment may be in-order.
3. The Primarch must tell as soon as they know if they are going on vacation or will not be able to be online.
4. It is the Primarch's responsibility to tell of any leave, or if the Primach is quitting nexus they must let the Primogen before hand.
